Graduation Bulletin - November 21, 2024

This bulletin contains all things graduation for winter, spring and summer ENVD graduates. Bookmark the graduation application & resources webpage to access information related to CU Commencement and the ENVD Recognition Ceremony.

Our undergraduate and student success team created a simple checklist to follow as you begin your journey to graduation. Visit the graduation application & resources webpage for more details. 

• Confirm degree audit with your upper-division advisor. Schedule an appointment through Buff Portal Advising. 
• Apply for graduation:
  • Log in to Buff Portal. On the Academics / Schedule tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply for Graduation. Visit the Registrar's website for instructions on how to change your existing application, change your graduation term or update your diploma name or address.
• Create a profile on the ForeverBuffs Network, and join the Environmental Design group.
• Complete the ENVD graduate exit survey. 

Winter graduates should apply by Dec. 12, 2024. ENVD does not hold a winter ceremony, however, you will be recognized during the ENVD Open House on Friday, Dec. 13. You are invited to walk in the University’s Commencement and participate in the ENVD Recognition Ceremony in the spring. 

New this year: Students graduating this winter will have an opportunity for recognition at the ENVD Open House and are encouraged to RSVP to a campus reception. 

It’s never too early to start talking about graduation with your advisor. Schedule an appointment with your advisor through Buff Portal Advising. 

The graduation application is now open! Apply now to receive emails related to graduation topics and to ensure that your name will be on the campus and ENVD graduation programs.

Summer graduates are encouraged to participate in the spring 2025 University Commencement and ENVD Recognition Ceremony.
