Requirements:
- Background in detailing, construction, and/or fabrication
- Experience in industrial design or other production-related design is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in metalwork are a huge plus
- Working knowledge and experience in field measurements
- Proficient in Rhino
- Fusion 360 and Bluebeam experience is a plus
- Understand and interpret drawings and specifications and be able to create drawings for fabrication
- Strong math skills, an aptitude for computer systems and apps, and acute attention to detail
- Assist with field measuring, layout, fabrication, and install
- Be able to identify and elaborate on the client’s design intent in relationship to our scopes of work
- Expect to prepare take-off documents that adhere to our processes/policies
- Demonstrate excellent document control and organization, digitally and physically
- Seeking personable, self-starters, team players and collaborators
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Our team members are driven, quick to learn, show a willingness to share ideas and implement new processes
Requirement:
- Some travel to Colorado mountain communities. Company vehicles, lodging and per diem is provided.
Schedule:
- Full-Time, 40-hours per week, Monday-Thursday
- Willing to work overtime as needed

- $22-$35/hour based on experience

Job Summary:
Operations Associates will enjoy new experiences while working outside creating and maintaining high quality landscapes. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, innovative, team-oriented, and possess a customer-friendly personality. You will have active involvement in all areas of the business, including residential and commercial landscape maintenance, construction, and snow removal. Assignments will build a foundation for a career in client or project management.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates must possess a passion for the landscape and green industry as well as enjoy the challenges of problem solving and client management. Applicants must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Work Day:
- Landscape Season – Start between 6:00-7:00 am, End between 3:00-6:00 pm 15-20 Saturdays for 6-8 hours
- Snow Season – Typically 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Salary:
- $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience and/or education.

Designer
Designers are the ‘foundation’ of R+B! Emerging Professionals are flexible and generally perform a wide variety of tasks on daily basis. Good project designers support their teams thoroughly and effectively by communicating frequently.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and support the design direction
- Develop design under supervision
- Draft typical details and other collateral
- Assist project team in developing the project vision and design concepts
- Perform routine architectural and interiors assignments
- General filing, drawing management and overall project organization (servers, binders, flat files, project samples)
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and codes set by local jurisdictions
- Prepare applications for permits and other special reviews
- Computer and physical modeling production and renderings
- Pick up redlines
Qualifications
- Is on the path to licensure/certification with 0+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related degree from an accredited program
- Demonstrates an ability to build and study scaled models and renderings
- Demonstrates rapidly developing skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D modeling (computer and physical), Revit, rendering, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Has the ability to effectively communicate issues and concerns to stakeholders, vendors, and project team members
- Salary Range: $62,000 - $70,000 (Salary DOE and Location)
