Solvita KarklinsTell us about your involvement and/or student leadership roles in and/or outside of ENVD.
President of Club Volleyball

What inspired you to come to ENVD when choosing your school?
Originally transferring from Architectural Engineering, the opportunity to be fully immersed in design and creativity was so enticing. As soon as I entered my first studio, I knew that I had made the right choice.

What is one of the greatest experiences or lessons from your time at CU Boulder that you'll carry with you into the next chapter of your life?
Hard work pays off, but balancing my time is just as important.

Based on what you know now, what is your best piece of advice for other students?
Treat each of your projects as if you want it as your money shot in your portfolio!

Describe one of your favorite memories.
Those final pinups - everyone is exhausted and proud.

If you could say anything to your classmates what would you say?
Best of luck!

What are your plans beyond graduation?
Attending the University of Utah for my Master of Architecture degree
