School of Education Building Dedication and Open House

Ofelia Miramontes and Leonard M. Baca Education Building
This celebratory event will begin with a ribbon-cutting and building dedication ceremony for the Ofelia Miramontes and Leonard Baca Education Building, where we honor the building namesakes and their families and the donors and campus leaders who helped bring this initiative to fruition.
A family-friendly, interactive open house follows from 4:30-6 p.m. Attendees will learn more about the School of Education’s research, student work, donor support and community impact through several stations throughout the building. Several open house stations will spark creativity and joy while uplifting the power of educators.
Free and open to the public, the event particularly aims to engage with alumni, donors, state and school partners, current students, faculty, staff and campus leaders.
