Steve George

Steve George is a Professor in the CU Boulder Departments of Chemical and Biological Engineering and Chemistry and Biochemistry.  Among his many awards are 2004 Inventor of the Year and the 2002-2004 NSF Creativity Award.  The focus of his research is surface chemistry, thin film growth and nanostructure properties.  In 2014 he led a group whose efforts led to a patent for a process to create ultra-thin metal films using atomic layer deposition.
