"Finals Rush:" Gamifying the LA Experience, Designed by a Current LA. Come Learn & Chat!

"Finals Rush" is a card game built around the Learning Assistant (LA) experience, where players can utilize different pedagogical skills in reaction to scenarios inspired by real-world LA experiences. It provides a way for undergraduate LAs to re-familiarize themselves with pedagogical skills, understand their application in different contexts, and connect more personally with the small details of LA experiences. The game is currently in-development and being play-tested, and we'd love to talk about its design process, current iteration and future possibilities!
