Joel joined the CUCS team as a professional staff member in May 2023 after working as a summer student staff member in 2022. Joel graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in applied mathematics. Joel is pursuing his master's degree through the University of Colorado Boulder. Joel comes to Colorado from Sacramento, California and is the conference and event space coordinator. In Joel’s spare time, he enjoys skydiving, soccer and various video games.
