Conference registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all sessions, conference materials, and coffee breaks
  • Opening Reception
  • Lunch Monday - Thursday
  • Poster Sessions

Please note, the Banquet Dinner (limited space), Rocky Mountain National Park bus tour and a parking pass are not included in the rates below. Parking passes may be purchased for an additional fee online at https://www.colorado.edu/pts/event-parking and then click on blue tab "purchase Event & Conference Parking".

*PLEASE NOTE: As per the laws of the State of Colorado and the policies of the University of Colorado Boulder, all registrants should hereby be aware that some portion of the registration fee will be used to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Lodging
The registration process does not automatically book a hotel or on-campus housing room for you. Visit the accomodations tab above or click here for information on hotels. To book on-campus housing click here

Confirmation 
You will see a confirmation screen and you will also receive a confirmation email once your online registration is complete. This confirmation email will contain a booking link unique to your individual registration; from this link, you can print an updated invoice/receipt and/or print an itemized transaction summary for your records. 

Please be advised: to complete your registration for the International Conference on Photochemistry, you must complete payment. CU Conference Services accepts credit card payments for registration fees, and online payment is recommended. CU Conference Services cannot accept purchase orders, bank transfers, or University of Colorado speedtypes as payment for conference registration feesWeb registration will be available until 11:59pm (MST) on July 16th, 2019.

Changes
If you need to make a change to your registration, please send an e-mail or call with your name and requested change(s) to conferences@colorado.edu or 303-492-5151. To avoid duplicate registration or charges, please do not register a second time.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please email your written cancellation notice to conferences@colorado.edu or call to 303-492-5151 by June 18, 2019. For cancellations made by June 18, 2019, a fee of $75.00 will be assessed. No refunds will be processed after June 18, 2019
