Lydia Darlington

Lydia Darlington serves as the Program Manager for Compliance, Ethics and Policy. In this role, she supports the functions of the Office of Compliance, Ethics and Policy through project management and operational leadership. Lydia has worked in higher education for 10 years, primarily in student affairs and services. In her time at CU Boulder, she has led initiatives in staff engagement, administrative excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lydia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies at Ozark Christian College and her Master of Arts in Higher Education at CU Boulder with a focus on the application of critical theories in praxis. As a higher education practitioner, Lydia values curiosity, lifelong learning, and creating impact through meaningful connections. When not at work, Lydia enjoys reading; cooking, baking, and eating; and spending time outdoors with her husband Adam and their beloved dog Marcel.
