Catherine Oja

Catherine Oja is the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Compliance, Ethics and Policy at the University of Colorado Boulder. She is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and assessing the efforts of integrity, ethics, policy and compliance, risk programs on the Boulder campus. In this role, she also has direct oversight responsibilities for Youth Protection, Clery compliance, and CUI Compliance. Catherine began her career at CU Boulder in 2014 and later she received her Master’s in Studies of Law (MSL) in Compliance and Ethics from the University of Colorado Law School. In her free time Catherine enjoys all that Colorado has to offer, but mostly, hiking, skiing, reading, and solving puzzles.
