Jason Gnerre is an artist and creative technologist whose primary interest is in extended reality and spatial computing. Recently, his work has focused on developing collaborative mixed reality experiences that enable new forms of interaction with one another and the environment. Other examples of work include using virtual reality as a tool for improving mental health, immersive stereoscopic nature videos, and image-based modeling.
 
Prior to joining CMDI, Jason worked as a mobile app developer, digital animator, and video editor. He holds a master’s degree from the department of Television, Film, and New Media at San Diego State University and a BS in Mathematics from Florida State University.
