Information Science
Tian Xu is a first-year PhD student in Information Science. Her research interests primarily lie in health informatics and, more broadly, in HCI and ubiquitous computing. She is interested in how to leverage data and technology applications to help people with mental health disorders. She is advised by Dr. Stephen Voida and a member of Too Much Information Lab (TMI). Tian holds an MS in Information Management from Syracuse University. Outside research, she enjoys the Tao of Tea, animation, etc.
