During his 40-year career in telecommunications, Alan Rubin (Comm’74) has worked in sales management and training for companies such as AT&T, TableForce, CenturyLink Business, and his own consulting practice, Useful Knowledge LLC. In his spare time, he is also an actor, singer and sit-down comedian.
Rubin will tell you that not a day goes by that he doesn’t use something he learned about communication skills at CU. His central interest today is solving the current problem of misinformation and disinformation in media.
