With nearly 10 years of experience in social impact technology, Andrew Baker’s roots are at the intersection of human-centered design and behavioral health. Having formerly led the product team at Grit Digital Health from the company’s inception, Baker brought a user-focused strategy to scale for an organization that partners with colleges and universities, state and local governments, and veteran-serving organizations to support the mental health and wellbeing of people across the country. In his role at The Jed Foundation, he leads the design and product management teams that power its youth-focused mental health platforms and services. His approach to experience design draws on behavior science, psychology and instructional design.
