Podcast Producer and Content Operations Manager

Voice and Vision is looking for a Podcast Producer and Content Operations Manager!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Edit full audio and/or video based podcast episodes (1-camera, 2-camera or 3-camera setup)
- Work with a variety of file sizes (ensure you have computer capacity)
- Pull 3–5 high-quality short-form clips per episode (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Add written hook, branded elements, captions, basic motion, pacing, and storytelling
- Write brief show notes and short form captions to support content
- Organize files in client’s google drive folder and manage exports
- Upload to Client’s Podcast Account, YouTube, Socials
- Assist with creating thumbnails for Youtube
- Track analytics, performance and metrics

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Belief in the mission of Voice and Visibility – We build premium mission driven voice-first brands and support leaders who are here to educate, empower and awaken humanity. 
-Fast, clear communication (this is non-negotiable)
-Strong attention to detail and a focus on what matters, without being overly perfectionistic
-Hitting deadlines without being chased
-Understanding pacing, hooks, energy, and storytelling
-Ability to match a high-end, clean style 

-Must have editing software and a computer on which to edit

DETAILS:

Application Deadline: April 30^th

Project Timeline: May 1 – ongoing starting @ 5-10 hours per week.. and could shift to 20-30hrs/week (i.e. ALMOST FULL TIME)

Pay: $20-30/hour to start, with bonuses for performance
