Lexi Schlosser

Lexi Schlosser joins the CTL as the Equitable Assessment Specialist. She holds a Master's in Education with a specialization in Higher Education Equity and a Bachelor's in Human Development from Oregon State University. She is currently a PhD Candidate in Research Methods and Statistics at the University of Denver (DU), where her research examines power dynamics, equitable participation, and shared decision-making in Ripple Effect Mapping, a participatory storytelling approach for impact evaluation.
Prior to joining the CTL, Lexi served as a Faculty Developer in DU's Office of Teaching and Learning, supporting faculty across disciplines with online instruction, inclusive pedagogy, and emerging educational technologies. She also teaches in DU's Instructional Design and Technology graduate program, with courses focused on accessible design, adult learning theory, and instructional design. Across her research, teaching, and faculty development, Lexi is committed to advancing equitable, inclusive, and accessible learning experiences. In her role at the CTL, she is excited to partner with instructors and students to design meaningful, equitable assessment practices that support student learning, align with course goals, and foster transparency, inclusion, and student success. She especially enjoys facilitating meaningful discussions, coaching educators, and building community through deep connections.
Outside of work, Lexi loves spending time with her friends, whether it be playing volleyball, hosting competitive or silly game nights, and engaging in just about any arts and crafts project.
