GLOW
PI: Dr. Renée Martin-Willett

"GLP-1 Lived Outcomes and Wellbeing"
Reason for the Study: GLP-1 medications are being used by a rapidly growing number of people for reasons such as weight loss, diabetic management, and cardiovascular health, yet relativley little is known about how patients perceive and experience GLP-1 use or how use relates to other aspects of health. Therefore, the purpose of GLOW is to better understand these perceptions and explore the thoughts and experiences of GLP-1 medication users. The study consists of one virtual study visit that lasts about 1 hour.
What you will do: You will be asked to complete a 60-minute survey which includes some writing tasks. You will also send two saliva samples through mail.
Who can be in the study: Participants must be 18 years or older, taking any form of semaglutide medication, and live in the United States.
