Mimesis at Novos Cinemas

No More Room in Hell still

The 2025 Novos Cinemas Festival Internacional de Cinema de Pontevedra (December 9-14) is dedicating a special focus to the Mimesis Documentary Festival on December 14th.

For their tenth edition, Novos Cinemas offered this year's Carte Blanche section to Mimesis. The program features four short films from recent festival editions that reflect the festival's editorial line covering traditional, experimental, ethnographic and regional documentary, promoting underrepresented themes, practices and communities.

Mimesis programmer Jean-Jacques Martinod, serving as a jury member in the festival's Official Section, will present:
