"We need, in every community, a group of angelic troublemakers. Our power is in our ability to make things unworkable."—Bayard Rustin

Join us on June 23: A film screening of Reclaiming the Narrative, a film about LGBTQ+ youth.

A Queer Endeavor is a nationally recognized center for gender and sexual diversity in education. We build partnerships with districts and school communities to create safer, more humanizing spaces in which LGBTQ+ youth, families, and staff can thrive. The work of A Queer Endeavor is made possible through our school and district partnerships,  grants and gifts, and the generous support of our community.

A Queer Endeavor is a bold program for educators wanting to do more than learn vocabulary. It is a program for educators who truly wish to do both the inner and outer work necessary to shift what counts as normal in our schools. They ask the difficult questions, provide the right scaffolding, and support adult learners to create inclusive and welcoming schools for LGBTQ+ students."
