    1. Fifth Funding Cycle

      1. VeRVE “Spring Showcase 2021,” April 17th/18th - Kenny and Bailey

        1. Update: Advertisement posted 2 or 3 days ago. I asked them to submit for official board approval. 

        2. Any advertising materials must be submitted to the whole Board

          1. Only thing they are missing is CUSG logo

          2. Do they need closed captioning?

          3. Good overall 

    2. Fourth Funding Cycle

      1. TEDxCU “Bounce,” April 11th, 12:00 PM - Maya and Cynthia 

        1. Advertising

          1. Lapse in communication on our part

            1. Potential solution would be to cc the ceb email for communication with orgs

            2. Liaisons have a responsibility to the orgs they are assigned to

            3. Has worked with us before. Jemil had expressed problems with their advertising before.

            4. TEDxCU is interested in having a meeting on marketing with us.

        2. Logistics

          1. Jemil went. Macky looked good. 

          2. Event started and ended on time

          3. No streaming problems 

          4. No toxic comment section 

          5. Good transitions between speakers 

        3. Content

          1. The performers were unmasked

            1. Talks on fan games, faith and love, women in aviation

          2. Visible differences between the fall and spring event.

          3. Can still catch it on Youtube 

          4. 200 people watched it live 

          5. Someone’s talk ended up on the official Ted Talk webpage

        4. Future Thoughts

          1. Revise or revisit the way we talk about advertising with our orgs

          2. Maybe that we have not stressed the fact that we have to approve their advertising before they can post

            1. In the meeting with Jamey, use that time to stress what they need to do with advertising materials.

      5. Pronouns resolution recommending the opportunity to include pronouns in all cusg emails was passed and a recommendations for professors to include them in introductions was also a part of that
