Sydney Annas

Sydney Annas is a dedicated career advisor specializing in supporting CU Boulder alumni as they navigate career transitions, redefine professional goals and explore new opportunities. With a background in mental health counseling and higher education, Sydney approaches alumni advising through a holistic and strengths-based lens—empowering individuals to build confidence, clarify values and design meaningful career paths that align with both personal and professional fulfillment.

Sydney holds a B.S. in clinical psychology from the University of Central Florida and an M.A. in clinical mental health counseling from Rollins College. Her diverse experience across university career centers and counseling settings informs her empathetic, person-centered approach to advising. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys thrifting, kayaking and trying new baking recipes.
