Kate helps manage the career fairs and career events for CU campus. Kate graduated in May 2019 from University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in strategic communication from the College of Media, Communication and Information. Starting as an event intern for CU Career Services as a sophomore in college, Kate learned the best practices for event management and used her skills in advertising to help the team promote their events and fairs across campus, Colorado and the country.
She was born in Fort Collins, Colo., and has worked in a variety of fields including as a swim instructor for four years, an intern for IMAX in Los Angeles, and even in a BBQ restaurant where she learned the most delicious baked bean recipe. Kate is an avid skier, hiker, roadtripper and cat-lover!
