Nearly 40 alumni and friends of the Univesity of Colorado Boulder College of Arts and Sciences gathered on Jan. 14 in San Diego for an intimate evening of networking with local Buffs.

Dean Steven R. Leigh shared news and updates from the college, while alumni reminisced over their time spent on campus and shared stories of how they landed in San Diego.

Mike Hess (Econ ’90) of Mike Hess Brewing graciously hosted the group, which even included one furry, four-legged friend (no, Ralphie was not in attendance).

The San Diego event is part of a new effort to connect with arts and sciences alumni across the country while featuring the great work our students and faculty are doing on campus.
