The Arts and Sciences Strategic Planning Committee is now collecting comments on its working draft of the vision and strategic imperatives for the college.

This document represents the first draft of a strategic plan that the Strategic Planning Committee will submit to the Dean of Arts and Sciences and the Chair of the Arts and Sciences Council on July 1, 2018.  The vision and strategic imperatives (found in the strategic plan draft) represent where the College of Arts and Sciences wants to be in the next ten years and how best to get there.

Each bullet point found in the draft is the culmination of extensive discussion, listing only the broad outlines of initiatives that the Strategic Planning Committee would like the College of Arts and Sciences to pursue.  More detail and specifics have been discussed by the committee, but before proceeding, it is now time for the College to respond by sharing its ideas.

This phase of the process will close on April 2, 2018.

Please note: This is a separate strategic process from the campus-wide Academic Futures initiative.
