Susan Davis

Susan Davis, Global Coordinator for the Agenda for Change, has 29 years of leadership roles in both the for-profit and non-profit worlds. Susan has evaluated or supported international development activities in 24 countries and advised donors, impact investors, nonprofits, and social enterprises on how to support strong water and sanitation systems in developing countries. She is also a Practitioner in Residence at the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech, currently co-teaching a course on effective and responsible social entrepreneurism. Previously, she was the founder and Executive Director of Improve International, a not-for-profit research and consulting firm that sought to improve the responses to the global water and sanitation crises. In that role, she specialized in identifying root causes of failure and helping the WASH sector to learn from and respond to these lessons, and has spoken on this topic at several international conferences, webinars, and podcasts. She has also worked with CARE USA, Water For People, and WaterPartners International (now water.org).
