Sabrina is a PhD candidate in Environmental Health Sciences at Emory University. She earned her MPH from Columbia University and BS from the College of William and Mary. Sabrina is interested in impact evaluation, policy, and implementation science of poverty reduction and development programs in low- and middle-income countries. Sabrina currently works on applying implementation science theory and methods to WASH research and serves as a co-investigator of an evaluation on the integration of household water filter delivery into Rwanda’s Community-Based Environmental Health Promotion Programme.
