Peter Waugh

Peter is the principal engineer and domestic programs director at EWB-USA. He was awarded a BS and an MS in Civil Engineering by the University of Colorado and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Colorado. He has thirty years of experience in water resources, structural engineering and civil engineering. He served in the Peace Corps for two years in the Republic of Seychelles and has worked on EWB-USA projects in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala and Uganda.
