Nathan MacArthur

Nathan MacArthur is a Master's student in Environmental Engineering. He received his undergraduate degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and Environmental Studies from CU Boulder. Nathan's graduate research in the Summers' lab has focused on slow sand filtration optimization in small systems. Additional interests include WASH in developing communities (surprise!) and sustainable source water management. Nathan enjoys riding his bikes, snowboarding, exploring Colorado's mountains, and spending time with his family.
