I am presently pursuing my Masters degree in Environmental Health at the Central University of Technology Free State in South Africa. My research project is entitled 'Evaluation of food handlers hygiene and food safety knowledge in Lesotho prisons: WASH perspective'. The overarching aim of the project is to assess WASH facilities and prevalence of foodborne pathogens in prisons and eventually implement intervention strategies to improve sanitation and health.
