Lucia Henry

 Lucia Henry is an Associate in the Water Resources and Infrastructure sector of Tetra Tech. Lucia collaborates with USAID’s Sustainable WASH Systems Learning Partnership team led by CU-Boulder and manages the small-town sanitation work in Ethiopia. She is a water and sanitation professional with a background in market-based approaches and Human Centred Design (HCD) in sanitation and health, and integration of hygiene and health interventions. She has worked in Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Liberia, Saint Lucia, Vietnam and Zambia.
