Kevin Mulligan

Earning his commission in the Marine Corps, following his graduation from the United States Naval Academy (1996), Kevin began his military career as an officer and F/A-18 aviator. Over the course of his career, he deployed to sea and land-based locations within the PACOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM, and AFRICOM areas of responsibility; supporting of the full range of military operations. Leaving the activity duty military ranks, in 2013, Kevin attended Columbia Business School and earned his MBA and earned a seat in the Eugene Lang “Greenhouse” Entrepreneurship Program. Through this program, Kevin founded and launched Power 7 Corporation, a technology and data company focused on locating, mapping, developing, and managing renewable groundwater resources. Melding traditional Earth Science disciplines with advanced natural resource exploration technologies, Power 7 sought to sustainably develop previously undiscovered groundwater resources for water-poor and water-starved markets.
