Jeff manages Agency-wide efforts to implement the U.S. Global Water Strategy, and serves as USAID/Washington's technical lead on water and sanitation finance. Jeff has provided technical leadership on water and sanitation programming throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia and Latin America, and has been actively involved in USAID's engagement with the Sanitation and Water for All partnership. Prior to working for USAID, Jeff worked in the Bureau of Oceans, Environment and Science at the U.S. Department of State, and for WaterSHED Asia in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In Cambodia, Jeff focused on integration of microfinance with sanitation marketing efforts. Jeff has a background in Environmental Economics and Integrated Water Management, with a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.Sc from the International Water Centre in Brisbane, Australia.
