Christina Barstow

Christina Barstow is a AAAS Fellow currently working as a Water Evaluation and Behavior Change Advisor for the Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC). She is a program development and management specialist in international development and global health programs with a focus on behavior change communication methods, pay for performance models, and research driven program design and evaluation. Most of Christina's experience has been in Rwanda, where she has worked as Senior Project Manager for DelAgua, Regional Program Manager for Manna Energy Limited, Country Manager for Bridges to Prosperity, and as Volunteer Project Manager and the President of the Executive Board for Engineers Without Borders. In addition, Christina is an alumna of the University of Colorado Boulder, where she received her PhD in Civil Engineering.
