Leo Campbell

Leo Campbell is a Winnebago Tribal member who has been actively involved in building tribal communities for over ten years. His experience spans community development projects, education projects, tribal housing management and construction trades certifications.  Mr. Campbell is a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) Level II,and has a Building Performance Institute Certification for Building Analyst adding to his years of experience in the building trades including new construction, inspections and renovations. Additional certifications include union carpentry certification and leadership trainer/facilitator. Leo is certified inspector in the areas of lead, mold, asbestos, HVAC, residential building and residential mechanical equipment. He is active in the Boys and Girls Club of Rosebud and has been a resident of Rosebud since 1972.  He is currently completing his degree in Business Management and Administrations at Sinte Gleska University.
