Laura Kohler

Laura Kohler was born in Montana but grew up in Washington State. In 2003, I returned to Montana to study Civil Engineering at Carroll College in Helena. From 2008 to 2010, I served as a Water and Sanitation Engineer with the Peace Corps in southern Honduras, and upon returning taught math in Montana for the year prior to graduate school. I received my M.S. in Environmental Engineering with a Engineering for Developing Communities (EDC) certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2013, and have moved onto my Ph.D. as a National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellow in Civil Systems Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, where my focus is in onsite wastewater treatment performance management J
