Katie Rillos

Katie joined the CU Boulder Student Life Communication and Marketing team in 2026 as the Multimedia Content Coordinator. In this role, she produces video content that supports Student Life's social media channels, helping share stories, resources and campus experiences with the CU boulder students and community. 

Born and raised in Colorado, Katie later moved to Southern Utah to attend Utah Tech University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media. During her time at Utah Tech, she was a member of the university's cheer team and interned with the University Marketing and Communication office, gaining experience in content creation and visual storytelling.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys staying active through fitness, being outdoors, baking and spending time with friends and family. She's also always up for a movie night.
