Amelia has developed her data analysis and evaluation planning skills through working on diverse projects in non-profit and higher education settings over the last five years. With a background in social work, Amelia brings an equity-informed approach to her work, focusing on providing meaningful, actionable insights to partners and making data accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Her previous research engagements have focused on topics including campus sexual assault, representation in educational programming and equitable evaluation practices. Amelia holds both a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Program Evaluation and Applied Research from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. When she's not absorbed in Excel and Tableau workbooks, you can find Amelia baking, listening to music and wistfully perusing cat shelter adoption webpages. 

Professional and research interests: Equity-informed evaluation, evaluation capacity building, discourse analysis, content analysis, post-structuralism, queer theory, campus sexual assault and misconduct
