Providing leadership development to our students is a critical part of the Student Life mission. Student leaders hold leadership positions in student organizations or programs, our leadership boards are student groups who make decisions that impact campus, leadership trainings are offered to students throughout the year to enhance their leadership skills and service opportunities are recorded through GivePulse.

Fostering a sense of belonging for our students on campus is a top priority in the division. We provide peer mentor programs where students are able to support other students, programs and events throughout the year for students to participate and engage in, intentional programming to welcome incoming students, and we offer student employment options.
