CU Leave Policy states that depending on employee classification, there is a maximum number of hours that can be carried over each fiscal year. 

If you are someone who is at risk of forfeiting hours at the end of June, consider donating those hours to the CU Leave Sharing Program

The Leave Sharing Program manages a pool of donated vacation hours for the benefit of University of Colorado Boulder and System Administration employees and faculty members (including research faculty) on 12 month appointments. Eligible employees who meet a specific criteria can draw from this pool when all other leave has been exhausted. 

Complete the Annual Leave (Vacation Hours) Donation form and submit it to Davisjg@colorado.edu no later than Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022.
