Let’s Chat is a no cost service where CU Boulder staff and faculty can electronically schedule and participate in an informal and confidential 30 minute consultation with a Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) counselor Monday through Friday between 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. via telehealth or in-person.
FSAP counselors can provide insight, solutions, and information about additional resources. Employees commonly visit with concerns about stress, workplace conflict, relationships, family problems, health care access concerns, and financial or food insecurity.
Sign up for your appointment today by visiting the Let’s Chat signup page, with new appointments available every week.
If you’d like more information about FSAP, and the services available to you and your family, you can visit their website.
This service is not a substitute for formal counseling and does not constitute mental health treatment. Let’s Chat is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or feel unsafe, please contact the Real Help Hotline (833-533-2428), visit your nearest hospital, or dial 911. Please note: If you dial 911, all emergency responders will arrive, including fire, ambulance, and police.
