Andrea examined the genetic and biochemical changes associated with convergent origins of white flowers in Iochroma and its relatives from 2014 to 2016 with support from NSF DEB 1257541. She next moved to the University of Bern to work with Prof. Cris Kuhlemeier on Petunia genetics. She is now an HUH research fellow with Robin Hopkins at Harvard!
