Non-credit STEM Academies are open to all high school students, including rising 9th graders. Taught by CU Boulder faculty and graduate students, two week-long programs are designed for highly motivated high school students looking to delve deeper into a specific STEM field. STEM Academies include experiential learning projects, lab work, field trips and group discussions designed to expose participants to different STEM topics and careers.
STEM Academies for summer 2022 include:
- All Things Aerospace STEM Academy (June 27-July 8 or July 11-22)
- Biotechnology and Medical Research STEM Academy (June 27-July 8)
- Explore Engineering STEM Academy (June 27-July 8)
- Psychology and Neuroscience STEM Academy (July 11-22)
- Video Game Design Using Unity STEM Academy (July 11-22)

- Forensic Science (June 13-17)
- Maker Lab (June 6-10)
- RedBot Robotics (July 25-29)
