As a Senior Principal and Discipline Lead for Stantec's lighting design practice, Rachel is a prominent lighting designer with over 20 years of experience. She collaborates closely with clients and her team to develop innovative and award-winning lighting solutions that are both sustainable and human-centric.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Rachel is an active educator and industry leader, chairing the membership committee of the IALD (International Association of Lighting Designers) and contributing to the WELL Building Standard as an advisor for the light concept. She is recognized internationally for her expertise and a sought-after speaker and writer for her insights on the lighting design profession. She is passionate about advancing the field of lighting design through education and innovation.
