Lucienne Brown is an M.A. student in the Religious Studies department at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She received her B.A. from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver with a dual major in Asian Studies and Religious Studies. Her primary area of interest is the permeable barrier between religious and secular belief in modern culture, particularly how trends in wellness and politics exist in creative dialogue with aspects of religious practice. In her free time, Lucienne enjoys trail running, folk harp, and inadvisably elaborate embroidery projects.
