On Friday, October 24th, 2014, both Jonathan Dickstein and Jonathan Peterson are presenting their papers, titled: 'Richard Garbe, German Indology, and the Messiness of (A)Theistic Sāṃkhya' and 'Preliminary Gestures toward a Comparative Study of the Jñāna-Jñātṛ Relationship: Śaṅkarācārya and Abhinavagupta’ respectively, at the Ways of Knowing graduate conference on religion at Harvard Divinity School. The Ways of Knowing Conference, hosted by the Science, Religion, and Culture Program of the Harvard Divinity School is an annual multi-day gathering of graduate students studying religion within a variety of disciplinary frameworks. It is comprised of thematic panels that cross religious traditions, academic disciplines, and intellectual and theological commitments.
