Brent Baker

As Real Estate Services Assistant Director of Finance & Operations, Brent oversees the divisions on-going financial, procurement, budgetary and accounting challenges. Through collaboration with the RES staff and many different stakeholders, Brent adapts the nuances of Real Estate and Property Management to the University’s, State’s, and Federal fiscal and accounting standards. Prior to joining RES in April 2020, Brent assisted Housing Facilities Services and the Project Management Group under Student Affairs for 3 years. He is a big supporter of Colorado Buffalo Athletics, and enjoys biking, hiking, and ultimate Frisbee.
