Bio

Joe Schicke is a Lecturer at University of Colorado and a third-year PhD student in Technical Communication and Rhetoric at Texas Tech University. Joe’s researches music production and its implications for rhetorics of sound and soundwriting. He also studies the efficacy of alternative grading practices for undergraduate composition students. His writing has appeared in Currents in Electronic Literacy, Literacy in Composition Studies, Kairos, and Programmatic Perspectives.
