Andrew Kosinuk

As Director of Events and Emergency Management, Andrew manages the team overseeing campus emergency preparedness and the safety planning for university events.  Andrew joined CU’s Office of Events and Emergency Management in 2018 as the Event Security Program Manager, and also previously served as the Emergency Mitigation and Campus Safety Projects Program Manager.

With over 15 years serving in higher education, Andrew previously worked in the Office of Residential Life and Judicial Affairs as well as the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management at Ithaca College, and in the Office of Residential Services at Lehigh University.  

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Television-Radio Communications from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in Criminology from Florida State University
