Anna T Wright
PhD
ENVS and INSTAAR

Anna is a PhD student with INSTAAR and the ENVS department, working with the McMurdo Dry Valleys LTER. She is broadly interested in polar hydrology and biogeochemistry, and the impacts of climate change in polar systems. Her current research with the MCM LTER focuses on understanding carbon processes in Antarctic streams, as well as quantifying the hydrologic and nutrient inputs from glaciers and snow to those streams. Before starting grad school at CU, Anna worked for the Niwot Ridge LTER and the Palmer LTER after earning her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and Environmental Chemistry from the University of Southern California.
