Elizabeth Mather

My name is Elizabeth Mather and I am from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am a sophomore majoring in Political Science and International Relations, with a minor in Spanish. I am very interested in studying effective means of distributing aid within the international community, most specifically in Eastern and Western Africa, and in community development and public health in this region as well.
